Sandstone is a natural product therefore we cannot guarantee colours, tones, shades and veining. All images should be used as a guide.
Porcelain is a man made product and each batch of paving contains between 4-6 different prints. Porcelain is printed in batches so colours, shades, and size made vary slightly from batch to batch. We would always recommend you order at least 10% extra than required to allow for cuts and breakages as we cannot guarantee how much of each batch we will have in stock.
We try to update images as often as possible to give the nearest reflect of the current colours however this still does not guarantee what you receive will look like the image.
Log into your account and select ‘My Orders’ from the menu on the left hand side.
We will also email you a copy of your receipt.
If you change your mind on receipt of your order, we are happy to accept a return of the goods provided that the condition is as sold and that the material is in its original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns of excess stock, leftovers or if the pallets/ crates have been unpacked.
Should you wish to return an item to us, you must notify us in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods. A refund would then be raised on receipt and inspection of the goods returned. All refunds will be subject to the deduction of original delivery, return delivery costs, and restocking fees.
We must be informed of any breakages (exceeding 10% of your order) within 5 working days of the material being delivered.
All reports of damage / faults or breakages must be supported with photographic evidence of the paving still in its packaging. We treat each report of damages separately at our discretion. Please allow a tolerance for a small number of breakages to occur in transit.
Out of stock items will be restocked when available. Please call the office for the most up to date delivery/restock times.
