- Batch Variations: As porcelain tiles are printed in batches, there may be slight differences in colour, shade, and size. We always recommend ordering at least 10% more than your required area to allow for cuts, waste, or potential batch differences.
- Images: We regularly update our product photos to reflect current stock as accurately as possible, but slight visual differences may still occur so please use all images as a guide.
- Stock Availability: Due to variations between batches, we cannot guarantee we’ll have matching stock at a later date. We advise ordering your full requirement in one go.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 11am for same-day dispatch via a courier
- Standard Delivery Time: 2 working days (may extend up to 2 extra days for remote areas)
- Exclusions: Weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries are not available
- Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on postcode. Charges apply to part pallets and certain locations.
